GREENVILLE – Franklin Monroe beat Tri-Village by two strokes, 201-203, in Cross County Conference boys golf action on Thursday at Turtle Creek Golf Course.

Bradey Hesler led Franklin Monroe with a nine-hole round of 47. Also for the Jets, Noah Koffer shot a 50, Bryce Filbrun shot a 52, Jeremy Bridenbaugh shot a 52, Landon Peters shot a 56, and Hunter Rich shot a 63.

Brett Boyter led Tri-Village with a round of 47. Also for the Patriots, Brandon Peters shot a 51, Tyler VanWinkle shot a 52, Luke Wheeler shot a 53, Gage Hileman shot a 55, and Knox Morris shot a 56.

Tri-Village will play next on Monday at Beechwood Golf Course in a CCC match with Twin Valley South. FM will play Covington at Echo Hill Golf Course on Wednesday in CCC action.
