ROSSBURG – Monster Jam smashes into Rossburg for two shows at the legendary Eldora Speedway at 7:30 p.m. Aug. 7 and 8.

Tickets for Monster Jam, the world’s premier monster truck series, are available now and affordably priced for the whole family with seats starting at $10 for children and $17 for adults.

The 2015 show will feature some of the most popular Monster Jam trucks and drivers ever assembled to compete at Eldora Speedway, including Max-D driven by Tom Meents, Grave Digger driven by Randy Brown, Carolina Crusher driven by Gary Porter, Lucas Oil Crusader driven by Linsey Weenk, Mohawk Warrior driven by George Balhan, Soldier of Fortune driven by Chad Fortune, Team Hot Wheels Firestorm driven by Scott Buetow and one other truck to be named later. The Monster Jam trucks will compete in head-to-head racing, wheelies, donuts and freestyle

Approximately 12 feet tall and 12 feet wide, Monster Jam trucks are custom-designed machines that sit atop 66-inch-tall tires and weigh a minimum of 10,000 pounds. Built for short, high-powered bursts of speed, Monster Jam trucks generate 1,500 to 2,000 horsepower and are capable of speeds of up to 100 miles per hour. Monster Jam trucks can fly 125 to 130 feet (a distance greater than 14 cars side by side) and up to 35 feet in the air.

There will be a Party in the Pits both Aug. 7 and Aug. 8 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. where fans will have the opportunity to get a view of the trucks up-close and meet the drivers of the 10,000-pound behemoth Monster Jam trucks. Pit Passes are now available for purchase for $10 along with tickets at www.EldoraSpeedway.com, the Eldora Speedway box office or by phone at 937-338-3815. A ticket for the show is required with a Pit Pass for entry.
