ROSSBURG – The Eldora Speedway Innkeeper has yelled “Last Call!” as renewals of the 22nd Dirt Late Model Dream by Ferris Mowers (June 9-10-11), 33rd Kings Royal Weekend (July 14-15-16) and the World 100 (Sept. 8-9-10) are coming to a close this weekend.
Fans can now login to their online accounts, call 937-338-3815 or visit the Speedway office in person to meet the Sunday deadline in order to renew their 2015 major event seats and campsites.
Ticket representatives are available to assist with renewals until 5 p.m. today 2015 for patrons calling 937-338-3815 or for those visiting the box office. For those renewing online, they are available until 11:59 p.m. on Sunday. All patrons can renew 24 hours a day online using the instructions they have received via email and USPS until the deadline.
Renewals also entitle Eldora patrons to participate in Eldora’s exclusive “Add and Exchange” program Nov. 30 and Dec. 1 and 2. Fans that successfully completed their 2015 major event seat and campsite renewals prior to the deadline have the ability to add seats or campsites to their orders or move to another location during this three-day period from any available inventory.
All remaining tickets and campsites for the Dream, Kings Royal and World 100 will go on sale to the general public Dec. 5. All sales, online (www.EldoraSpeedway.com), phone (937-338-3815) and in person begin at 10 a.m.
Renewals and new ticket orders received by mid-December for 2016’s major events will be mailed for Christmas delivery.
With the late announcement of the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series schedule (July 20, 2016), renewal of Truck series tickets will be separate from the Dirt Late Model Dream by Ferris Mowers, the Kings Royal and the World 100 this year.
Fans can login to their online accounts or call 937-338-3815 to meet the 11:59 deadline on Dec. 8. Renewal forms also can be returned by fax or mail.
Renewals also entitle Eldora patrons to participate in Eldora’s exclusive “Add and Exchange” program Dec. 10 and 11. This may only be done via calling 937-338-3815 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. It is not available online. Note that NASCAR “Add and Exchange” will be held later than the “Add and Exchange” for the Dream, Kings Royal and World 100.
The NASCAR public on sale date for all new tickets is Dec. 14 at 10 a.m.
Best efforts will made to have renewal and new ticket orders received by mid-December for 2016 major events mailed for Christmas delivery.
Tickets and camping for the balance of Eldora’s exciting 2016 season, which will be announced soon, will go on sale Feb. 15, 2016.
