ANSONIA – The Ansonia girls basketball team lost 52-36 to St. Henry on Tuesday night.
Ansonia played with St. Henry in the second half but couldn’t recover from St. Henry’s early lead as rebounding and turnovers hurt the Lady Tigers.
Brooke Neal led Ansonia with 19 points in the game.
Ansonia will return to action on Thursday in a Cross County Conference matchup against rival Mississinawa Valley. Ansonia is 2-2 overall this season and 1-0 in the CCC.
