COLUMBUS – Franklin Monroe’s Jake Shellabarger was named second team all-state by the Ohio Scholastic Soccer Coaches Association for the 2015 boys soccer season.
Shellabarger, a junior forward for the Cross County Conference champion Jets, scored 13 goals and had 10 assists this past season.
