FORT RECOVERY – The Franklin Monroe girls basketball team lost 40-15 to Fort Recovery on Saturday.

Fort Recovery took a 12-2 first quarter lead and extended its advantage to 23-6 at halftime. Fort Recovery led 29-10 at the end of the third quarter en route to the 40-15 win.

Allyson Masterson led Franklin Monroe with seven points in the game. Kinsey Goins scored four points, Carrie Baker scored two, and Hannah Eley scored two.

Whitney Will led Fort Recovery with a game-high 17 points while Kendra Siefring scored 12 points, Carley Stone scored four, Jocelyn Kaiser scored two, Grace Thien scored two, Kiah Wendel scored two, and Mikayla Post scored one.
