MENA, Ark. — Jessie Ann Barge, 82, of Mena, died Tuesday, Nov. 24, 2015, at the Peachtree Hospice in Fort Smith. She was born on Friday, June 5, 1933, to Ivor Runkle and Eliza Hoffman Adams in Newton, Ohio.

She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Leo Barge of Mena; her son, Leo Barge Jr. of Mena; three daughters, Susan Frantz of Weslaco, Texas, and Connie Barge and Leona Petho, both of Greenville; two brothers, Gene Adams of Arcanum and Russell Adams of Florida; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

A gravesite memorial service will be on May 11 in the Miami Memorial Park in Covington.
