

GREENVILLE – The Greenville boys golf team hosted a 15-team invitational on Thursday, which included golfers from Arcanum, Bradford, Greenville and Versailles.
Beavercreek won the invitational with a score of 318, Fairfield was second with a 335, Troy was third with a 339, Northmont was fourth with a 346, and Versailles finished fifth with a 350. Tippecanoe finished sixth with a 357, Russia was seventh with a 359, Greenville and Piqua tied for eighth with a 373, and Arcanum finished 10th with a 395. Sidney finished 11th with a 396, Covington was 12th with a 420, Van Wert was 13th with a 421, Fairborn was 14th with a 451, and West Carrollton finished 15th with a 631.
Jacob Watren led Versailles with an 18-hole round of 84. Also for the Tigers, Nicholas Litten-Stonebraker shot an 87, Griffen Riegle shot an 88, Kyle Cotner shot a 90, Michael Hemmelgarn shot a 95, and Issac Ruhenkamp shot a 99.
Conner Pohl led Arcanum with a round of 89. Also for the Trojans, Nate Kubik shot a 94, Justin Hoke shot a 100, Sam Artz shot a 112, and Luke Cetnar shot a 112.
Jason Shields led Greenville with a round of 89. Also for the Green Wave, Andrew Harshman shot a 91, Parker Allison shot a 95, Logan Gonzalez shot a 98, Conner Null shot a 102, and AJ Bowers shot a 118.
Bradford’s Alex Swabb shot a 91.
Beavercreek’s Drew Prater was the tournament medalist as he shot a five-over-par 77.
