On Wednesday, Darke County Commissioners (front row, from left) Mike Rhoades, Mike Stegall and Diane Delaplane signed a proclamation declaring the week of Sept. 17 to 23, 2015, as “Constitution Week,” in honor of the 228th anniversary of the drafting of the United States Constitution. The commissioners were joined by members of the Fort Greene Ville Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution (back row, from left) Mary Jane Dietrich, Helen Wright and Caroline Petitjean; and Tristan Weis, congressional side to U.S. Representative John Boehner.
