SAN DIEGO, Calif. — H. William Edwards passed away at his home in San Diego, California, on Jan. 22, 2016. He was born Aug. 22, 1937, in East Orange, New Jersey to H.R. and Marie Edwards. He was 78 years old.

Bill had many talents and trades. After serving in the Army Reserves, he worked for a book publishing company. He later went to school to become a licensed land surveyor and professional planner. Bill worked in different aspects of real estate in Greenville, Ohio. He spent 10 years as a speaker giving seminars on sales and marketing and did voice-overs for radio and television commercials. After moving to San Diego, Bill developed an interest in photography that later developed into his own photography business.

He is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law, Bill and Denise and Paul and Meka; daughter and son-in-law, Alison and John Bell and eight grandchildren.

A public memorial service will be held on Friday 10 a.m. at Poway-Bernardo Mortuary with private inurnment to follow at El Camino Memorial Park in San Diego, California.
