WEST ALEXANDRIA – Tri-Village won 6-2 in a Cross County Conference baseball game on Thursday at Twin Valley South.
Tri-Village struck first with a run in the second inning. After Twin Valley South took a 2-1 lead in the third, Tri-Village scored five runs in the fifth to win 6-2.
Tri-Village and South both had five hits and two errors in the game.
Jonny Wilson earned the win for Tri-Village, pitching the complete game and allowing two unearned runs on five hits, one walk and six strikeouts.
Jordan Buckley led the Patriot offense as he went 2-for-3 with a RBI and a run scored.
Tri-Village improved to 3-5 overall and 3-1 in the CCC with the win.
