NEW PARIS – The Tri-Village baseball team lost 1-0 to National Trail in a Cross County Conference game on Friday.

National Trail scored the game’s lone run on a bloop hit over the infield in the fourth inning.

Tri-Village out-hit National Trail five to three in the game. Both teams committed one error.

Jonny Wilson pitched the complete game for Tri-Village, allowing one run on three hits, one walk and 10 strikeouts.

Jared Buckley, Jordan Buckley, Jorden Midlam, Christian Ricker and Wilson each had a hit for the Patriots, who fell to 12-10 overall and 7-5 in the CCC.
