AKRON – Craig Stammen, now with the Cleveland Indians, is headed back to Ohio as he continues his rehab assignment.
Stammen will be pitching for the Indians’ AA club in Akron to night. He has been rehabbing with the Indians’ team in the Arizona League.
He is from North Star and attended Versailles High School.
