GREENVILLE — Seven individuals were arraigned in Darke County Common Pleas Court Monday following activity by the grand jury:
Todd Kuhn was indicted for attempted trespass at a habitation, a fifth-degree felony. He faces a maximum sentence of one year in prison and a $2,500 fine if convicted. His next court appearance is September 29.
Robert S. Rismiller was indicted on two counts — domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony, and felonious assault, a second-degree felony. If convicted on both charges, he faces up to 10.5 years in prison and $20,000 in fines. His next court appearance is September 29.
Peyton Ott was indicted on a charge of heroin possession, a fifth-degree felony. He faces up to one year in prison and a $2,500 fine if convicted. His next court appearance is September 14.
Charles Robbins was indicted on a charge of failure to notify of change of address, a third-degree felony. If convicted he faces a maximum sentence of three years in prison and a $10,000 fine. His next court appearance is October 3.
Trey Fisher was indicted on four counts — two counts of breaking and entering, both fifth-degree felonies, one count of grand theft, a third-degree felony, and one misdemeanor count of theft. If convicted on all counts, he faces up to 5.5 years in prison and fines in the amount of $16,000. His next court appearance is September 19.
Colton W. Fuller was indicted on a charge of endangering children, a third-degree felony. He faces up to three years in prison and a $10,000 fine if convicted. His next court appearance is September 29.
Joshua A. Pottenger was indicted on a charge of failure to notify of change of address, a third-degree felony. If convicted, he faces up to three years in prison and a $10,000 fine. His next court appearance is September 29.
