

GREENVILLE — Four offenders received sentences in Darke County Common Pleas Court Monday.
Jesse Railsback, 34, of Greenville, pleaded guilty to a fifth-degree felony charge of Breaking and Entering, and a second-degree misdemeanor charge of Possessing Drug Instruments.
Darke County Common Pleas Court Judge Jonathan Hein sentenced Railsback to 12 days in jail, with 12 days credited, a suspended nine-month prison sentence, five years of community control, the payment of court costs, $573 in restitution, substance abuse monitoring and treatment, and must perform 75 hours of community service.
Ryan Hiestand, 30, of Greenville, faced a total of four fourth-degree felony counts of Grand Theft and one third-degree felony count of Burglary in two separate cases. Hein sentenced Hiestand to 27 days in jail, with 25 days credited, five years of community control, $200 restitution, and mental health counseling and treatment on three Grand Theft counts.
On the fourth Grand Theft count and the Burglary charge, Hiestand was sentenced to 40 days in jail with 40 days, credited. He faces up to 27 months in prison if he violates the terms of his probation.
Dustin Sonner, 25, of Greenville, pleaded guilty to a third-degree felony Burglary charge. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail, 20 days of electronically monitored house arrest, five years community control, must pay $243.12 in restitution, and must receive drug abuse counseling. He faces 18 months in prison if he violates terms.
Sean Benton, 32, of Greenville, pleaded guilty to a fifth-degree felony count of Illegally Cultivation of Marijuana. He was sentenced to one day in jail, with one day credited, forfeiture of all marijuana and growing implements, five years community control, 15 days of electronically monitored house arrest, must pay $125 in lab fees, and perform 40 hours of community service. Benton could serve up to six months in prison if he violates terms.
