Chief Brent Pohlschneider and members of Piqua Fire Department Shift Three pay their respects as a funeral procession for Robert Rhoades makes its way down South Street enroute to St. Boniface Church for Rhoades’ funeral on Tuesday morning. Rhoades was a Piqua resident and retired from the Greenville Fire Department and the State of Ohio Fire Marshal’s Office. Rhoades lost his life in a traffic crash on State Route 36.
