Mississinawa Valley to sell passes for sporting events

UNION CITY – Passes for Mississinawa Valley sporting events will go on sale Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the main office of the school.

Family passes, which include four passes for family members in the same residence, are $200 for the entire school year or $150 for just the fall or winter sports season. Extra passes are $25 each.

An adult pass is $75 for the entire year or $50 for the fall or winter sports season. Student passes are $25 for the entire year.

Fans age 60 or older living in the Mississinawa Valley school district can receive a free pass. Non-resident senior citizens can purchase a pass for $25 for the entire school year.

General admission will be $6 for varsity football games. For non-football varsity sports the general admission cost will be $4 for students and $6 for adults. For non-varsity sports the general admission price will be $4. For Cross County Conference tournaments general admission tickets will cost $5. Senior citizen general admission tickets will be $2.

For pass holders, all passes must be shown at the ticket gate to gain entry to sporting events. Mississinawa Valley passes are only good at Mississinawa, Mississinawa passes will not work for Ohio High School Athletic Association tournament games, and Mississinawa passes will not work for CCC tournament games or special events.
