GREENVILLE – The Greenville girls tennis team improved to 5-0 in the Greater Western Ohio Conference with a sweep of Stebbins on Monday.
Natalie Milligan returned from an injury to defeat Nguyetminh Truong 6-0, 6-1 in first singles. In the second single match Greenville’s Anna Manges beat Kristin Jenkins 6-0, 6-2. In third singles the Lady Wave’s Emily Marchal beat Kim Huynh 6-0, 6-0.
In first doubles Greenville’s Abby Swensen and Addie Haupt beat Kara Jenkins and Valeria Plata. In second doubles the Wave’s Alison Baughman and Casey Malott beat Vi Huynh and Grace Song 6-2, 6-2.
Greenville improved to 12-1 overall and 5-0 in the GWOC with Monday’s win while Stebbins fell to 5-8 overall and 3-5 in the GWOC.
