PIQUA – Greenville improved to 13-1 on the season with a 5-0 sweep of Piqua in a Greater Western Ohio Conference girls tennis match on Tuesday.

In first singles Greenville’s Anna Manges beat Morgan Ford 6-2, 6-0. In the second singles match the Lady Wave’s Emily Marchal swept Alexa Knorr-Sullivan 6-0, 6-0. In third singles the Wave’s Marabelle Lance swept Emma Grunkemeyer 6-0, 6-0.

In the first doubles match Abby Swensen and Addie Haupt beat Rikki Ramirez and Skylar Cain 6-0, 6-1. In second doubles Alison Baughman and Amber Hutt swept Cassie Arnett and Grace Ryan 6-0, 6-0.

Greenville improved to 13-1 overall and 6-0 in the GWOC with the win while Piqua fell to 3-9 overall and 3-4 in the GWOC.
