GREENVILLE – The Greenville Public Library’s Lunch & Learn for October will feature Jordan Francis from Wayne Healthcare.

The title of his presentation is “Beginning to Advanced Strength Training.”

“Winter is coming, and there’s no better time to focus on building physical strength,” Francis said. “Winter weather makes it difficult to get in enough outdoor aerobic activities. Don’t fret about fitting in enough fitness when the mercury drops because working on muscle strengthening can be done indoors. Join us to learn how to effectively program for increasing overall strength and improving holistic health.”

Patrons can attend the Lunch & Learn at noon Oct. 17 at the Greenville Public Library. Space is limited to 24 participants so individuals should register at 548-3915.

Those who would like the boxed lunch from the Coffee Pot should let library staff know. It costs $5 and includes a wrap, fruit, a salad or soup, and a beverage. Guests also may bring their own lunch and just come for the program.
