Versailles FFA May MOM

VERSAILLES – At the Versailles FFA meeting on May 21, three dedicated members were recognized. They were Caleb Smith, Kennedy Hughes, and Clay Bergman.

The first member recognized was Smith. He is the son of Kelly and Tom Smith and has participated in Grain Merchandising. Smith has been actively involved in the Nursing Home Visits, Can Food Drive, Pals, Fruit Sales Work Sessions, Outdoor Learning Lab, Community Meal, Farm Day Work Sessions and Farm Day. His SAE consist of working at Niekamps.

The second member recognized was Hughes. She is the daughter of Mark and Terri Hughes and has participated in Job Interview, Parli Pro, & Ag Issues CDE. She has also been actively involved in PALS, Fruit Sales, Fruit Sales Work Sessions, Color Run/ Health Fair, Greenhand Conference, Canned Food Drive, Shop & Crop, Culvers Day, Poultry Days, Nursing Home Visits, Omelet Breakfast, and serves as a Greenhouse Manager. Her SAE consists of growing a garden at her house.

The final member recognized was Bergman. He is the son of Jay and Shelly Bergman and has participated in Dairy, General Livestock, and Parli Pro CDE. He has also been actively involved with Fruit Sales, Nursing Home Visits, Ag is Cool Tent, Canned Food Drive, Community Meal, Farm Day Work Sessions, Farm Day, Culvers Day, Showing at the Darke County Fair, and the Omelet Breakfast. His SAE consists of showing market lambs and working at Alber’s Dairy Farm.
