Patriots powerlifting shows well at Bradford


BRADFORD – The Tri-Village Powerlifting Team participated in its second powerlifting tri- meet of the season.

The Tri-Village powerlifting teams traveled to Bradford for the teams second meet of the 2020-2021 season. The boys team placed first while the Lady Patriots team finished third.

Tri-Village finished first, Bradford second and Springfield Kenton Ridge took third.

The individual first place boys winners were: CJ Osborne, Cameron Kimmel , Blake Weyant. Second place finishers included: Carson Watern, Matthew Brewster, Blake Brandenburg, Foster Brown, Dylan Holsapple, Calvin Fritz, Chance Davis, Christian Cantrell, Hunter Gillett, Jerin Necessary. Third place: Austin Kosier, Jarrett Richardson-Welch, Stuart Brown, Nick Varvel, James Biser, Eli Hiatt, Joey Price and Seth Jesse.

Lady Patriots individual place winners: first place: Kaylee Richardson-Welch and Kaylee Brewer second place: Macy Howell, Emma Hiatt third place: Kaitlynn Brewster.

The Tri-Village Patriots travel to Kenton High School, February 6 for the team’s next meet.

The Patriots first meet of the 2020-2021 season took place December 19, 2020 at Springfield Northeastern High School with the boys team taking first place and the girls team placing third at the Northeastern Powerlifting Tri-Meet.
