PALESTINE — “Meet Me at the Fair” was the theme of the 2023 Palestine, Hollansburg, Westmont Alumni Banquet which was held on Saturday, June 17. One hundred and twenty-two alumni and their guests attended the banquet held at the Golden Eagle Christian Center in Palestine.
Following a delicious meal prepared by Cathy Best and the staff of the Golden Eagle the alumni enjoyed entertainment by Adam Liettle and an evening of reminiscing. Westmont’s first class, the class of 1953 was the honored class having graduated 70 years ago. Special recognition was also given to those present from the Westmont High School class of 1963, graduates from 60 years ago. It was an evening much enjoyed by those who attended.
