FM special meeting

PITSBURG — The Franklin Monroe Board of Education will hold a Special Board of Education meeting in the cafetorium at 8591 Oakes Road on Wednesday, Aug. 23. The meeting will begin at 7:30 a.m. The purpose of the meeting is to hire a bus driver, approve bus driver and lead bus driver salary increases, and approving an out of state trip.

Board of Elections meetings

GREENVILLE — The Darke County Board of Elections Board members will meet on Tuesday, Aug. 29, 9 a.m., to conduct the post-election audit of the Aug. 8 Special Election. The board meets in the office located at 300 Garst Avenue, Greenville. The board will meet in special prior to the post-election audit at 8 a.m. to hear a request for reconsideration for a candidate petition.
