GREENVILLE — Cancer Association of Darke County has a fundraiser each year called Gourmet Dinner Raffle. Sean Strawser of Beanz Butter Cream Bakery and Eatery partnered with the association this year and provided a gourmet dinner for the winner, Dorothea Platt and her friends and family.

Strawser prepared a great gourmet meal and the group enjoyed the food and fellowship while supporting local cancer patients. The association wishes to thank Strawser for his generosity and sharing his talent to help Darke County cancer patients.

The fundraiser will be held again in January; watch for the specifics and the opportunity to participate in this fun raffle.

The Cancer Association of Darke County is an organization overseen by a Board of Directors that meets monthly with the director and treasurer. There is a need for board members.
