Tri-Village supports CADC

NEW MADISON — The high school student council, junior high student council, cheerleaders, National Honor Society, Key Club and FFA teamed up to raise money for the Cancer Association of Darke County. The Tri-Village Community has so many families who have been affected by cancer, so they decided to raise money for the association that helps all cancer patients and their families.

The teachers were able to pay money for jean week and the students brought in baked goods for a bake sale held during the Tri-Village vs Bradford Football Game. The response from the kids was tremendous and the baked goods sold well. They are honored to be able to present $1,150 to an organization that reaches many people affected with cancer.

Cancer Association of Darke County greatly appreciates the school involvement and support for local cancer patients who have a difficult battle to fight.

If you know someone living in Darke County who is facing cancer, please have them call 937-548-9960 or email [email protected].

They can help.
