EATON — The Green Wave wrestling team took 16th in the Eaton Sam Ridder Invitational on Jan. 26-27.

In the 106 weight class, sophomore Jack Suter took second. Suter lost in the final match to Alonzo Woody from Wilmington by major decision. In the 150 class, junior William Bush took sixth. Bust lost 4-2 to Czar Dickson from Indian Lake. In the 285 division, junior Andrew Winner took fifth. Winner pinned Dirk Konrad from Reading to win the fifth place match.

Greenville will hit the mat against on Jan. 31 at Dixie as they take on the Greyhounds and Carlisle. They will then go to Sidney on Feb. 1. Both matches are slated for a 6 p.m. start.
