BPW invites women to meeting

GREENVILLE – The Greenville Business & Professional Women’s Club is making preparations for the next meeting which will be held on Thursday, June 13. The meeting will be hosted by the newly elected officers President Deb Smith, Vice President, Kacey Christian, Secretary Karen Sink, Treasurer Vicki Cost and Assistant Treasurer Leigh Fletcher.

The monthly dinner meeting will be held at The Brethren’s Retirement Community in the Brick Room, 750 Chestnut St., Greenville. The dinner meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. at a cost of $12 per person.

The club is currently promoting its Chicken BBQ fundraiser which will be held on Wednesday, June 19 from 4:30-6:30 p.m. at the VFW on Ohio Street, Greenville. The price is $7.50 and includes one half BBQ chicken, applesauce, chips and a roll. Tickets can be purchased from any BPW member, at the Merle Norman Studio, 309 S. Broadway, Greenville, or by calling Debbie Niekamp at 419-305-2178. The club holds fundraisers throughout the year to raise money to grant scholarships to the young women of Darke County.
