BELLEFONTAINE – The Bradford powerlifting team competed at Bellefontaine High School on Saturday.
The girls team placed third behind Underground Barbell out of Springfield and Bluffton High School, and the boys team did not place.
Cheyenne Parke placed second in the girls 11th-12th grade girls 115 pound class. Michele Bixler placed second in the ninth-10th grade girls 145 pound class. Lillian Elleman placed second in the ninth-10th grade girls 195 pound class.
Bryson Canan placed second in the 11th-12th grade boys 145 pound class. Jacob McQuinn placed second in the ninth-10th grade boys 185 pound class.
Hannah Stine placed fourth in the ninth-10th grade girls 125 pound class. Bryclyn Hoop placed fourth in the ninth-10th grade girls 155 pound class. Rebekah Lavey placed fourth in the 11th-12th grade girls 195pound and above class.
Hunter Penkal placed fourth in the ninth-10th grade boys 165 pound class. Cory Cotrell placed fourth in the ninth-10th grade boys 195 pound class. Brandon Mitchell placed fourth in the 11th-12th grade boys 205 pound class.
Rachel Lavey placed fifth in the 11-12th grade girls 195 pound and above class. Dylan Mitchell placed fifth in the ninth-10th grade boys 135 pound class. Daryn Booker placed fifth in the 11th-12th grade boys 175 pound class.
The Bradford powerlifting team will compete on Saturday at Tri-Village.
