We are almost a month into 2016. The weather has kept us on our toes. But Bradford continues to buzz with lots of activities with no plan on stopping in site.

Love Yourself Fit Club is coming to Bradford! This is completely FREE for anyone 18 and up. The Bradford Public Library is allowing the use of their conference room. Fit Club will last four weeks, starting Feb. 16. Workouts begin at 6 p.m. with registration and signing of waivers beginning at 5:30 p.m. Childcare will be provided with activities. There will be prizes awarded to the person that loses the most inches in the four weeks. There will also be a Facebook group for those participating, where there will be recipes posted weekly, and for encouragement and accountability. Everything needed will be provided, so grab your favorite workout gear, and come ready to sweat! Look at www.facebook.com/beachbodyrunnersusan for more information.

Summer Rec Baseball and Softball signups will be 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 10, in the Bradford School Auditeria. Final sign up is 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, Feb. 20.

• The officers, board members and Rhonda Dunlevy at the Bradford Community Club have lots of events and fundraisers planned. A few ideas so far are: Breakfast with the Easter Bunny; Easter egg hunt; Community Garage sale participant; a flea market for crafters and antiques; Easter photo shoot with live bunnies and baby chick’s; and a painting event for adults and possibly a kids’ painting event.

The club has big plans in store and would love to have more members join. They are still awaiting our liquor renewal and have lots of events when we get those back also.

Dunlevy says, “My goal for this year is to have 150+ members on our roster. When I was a kid, the Bradford Community Club was part of my upbringing and my dad Charlie Wysong was the president for a number of years. I believe in this community and The Bradford Community Club.” A membership drive will be announced soon and they would love to see new faces.

The club is also hosting Zumba night at 6:30-7:30 p.m.. on Mondays. The cost is $6 per class with Dianne Canan Gallagher instructing. This event is open to the public.
