



PITSBURG – Two Franklin Monroe girls soccer players earned first team all-Cross County Conference honors from the league for the 2015 season.
Franklin Monroe’s Bryanna Diceanu and Beth Kirkpatrick both earned first team all-CCC honors.
Also, the Lady Jets’ Shelby Bowser was named to the CCC’s special mention team and Jessica Hinshaw was named to the honorable mention team.
Tri-County North’s Hailey Thies was named the CCC girls soccer player of the year while Miami East’s Emalie Carson was named the CCC girls soccer coach of the year.
Miami East won the CCC girls soccer championship with a 5-0-1 record. Bethel finished second at 4-1-1, Twin Valley South finished third at 3-1-2, Tri-County North finished fourth at 3-3, Franklin Monroe and Newton tied for fifth at 2-4, and National Trail finished sixth at 0-6.
