CELINA – The Versailles High School boys swim team placed third at the Celina Sprint Meet held on Saturday at the Auglaize-Mercer Family YMCA-Celina Branch.

Team scores are as follows: 1st, Celina, 197; 2nd, Ottawa Glandorf, 98; 3rd, Versailles, 96; 4th, Van Wert, 59; 5th, Bellefontaine, 53; 6th, Minster, 49.5; 7th, Coldwater, 40.5; 8th, St. Marys, 17; 9th, Bath, 5; 10th, Botkins, 3; 11th, New Bremen, 2.

One school record was broken. Cole Condon broke the school record in the 50-yard butterfly. He swam the event in 26.39, which broke the record of 26.81 set by Sam Prakel on Jan. 16, 2011.
