GREENVILLE — Greenville EUM’s provided pre-fireworks activities at the Darke County Fairgrounds on Saturday, and the grounds was filled almost to the capacity during the event.
Family Fest, as it was dubbed, featured a variety of entertainment for the whole family, including inflatables, face-painting, balloon activities and lots of games, as well as entertainment underneath the new worship tent that was provided this year.
Entertainment included the EUM Worship Band, Grace Brethren Worship Band, Worship Dance Team and extended worship with EUM Worship Band.
There was free food given away, free popcorn, midway activities and a dunking booth, in which festival-goers had a chance to dunk such people as Marty McCabe, who helped this second annual event.
Those in attendance also had the opportunity to watch the fireworks, which concluded Fourth of July activities in Greenville this past weekend.
