PITSBURG — The Franklin Monroe Board of Education will hold a special board meeting in the Board of Education conference room, 8639 Oakes Road, Arcanum, on Monday, Oct. 24. The meeting will begin at 4 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to hire junior high and high school basketball coaches and volunteers as well as approving a payment under the Then and Now certification.
