BRADFORD — Enrollment for the 2023-24 Kindergarten class at Bradford Elementary has been set for the week of March 13–17. Please call the school office at 937-448-2811 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. to set up an appointment for Kindergarten Screening, which will be held on Friday, April 14 during regular school hours.

After calling the school for your appointment, parents need to complete the required paperwork for their child on Final Forms, which can be accessed on the school website, www.bradford.k12.oh.us. Children must be 5 years of age by Aug. 1, 2023, in order to be eligible for kindergarten.

The following information is required to register and must be brought to the school office to be copied prior to the kindergarten screening date of April 14: Child’s original certified Birth Certificate, Social Security Number, Immunization Record, Parent’s driver’s license or ID, Custody Papers (if applicable), and Proof of Residency (rent receipt, utility bill, etc.)
