Crystal Reier Gibbs was sworn into the Ansonia Village Council Tuesday. She pledged to support the U.S. Constitution, the Ohio Constitution, and the laws of the state of Ohio. “I will faithfully, honestly, and impartially discharge the duties of the councilmen for the Village of Ansonia, Oh to which I have been appointed,” Gibbs said. She was appointed to Christa Everman’s seat after she had to step down after moving out the Village of Ansonia.
