Union City Lions member and Past President Jim Dubeansky, Indiana District 25 D Second Vice Governor, attended the Indiana Lions Mid Winter Conference at the Indianapolis Crown Point Hotel recently. Representatives from Lions Clubs throughout Indiana were present to present ideas for the 2024 year. Dubeansky said, “This was a very informative event in which much was learned.”
