Chester M. Pouder
UNION CITY — Chester Pouder, of Union City, turns 96 on March 17. He is the son of the late Murray and Edith (Harmeson) Pouder and graduated from Union City East Side High School in 1946.
He married Phyllis Rhoades on Saturday, Dec. 1, 1951. They had four children, Dennis (Lee), Duane (Lynn), both of Union City, Ohio, Deborah (Steve) Manning and Douglas Kent (deceased).
