ARCANUM – The Arcanum Lady Trojans junior high volleyball teams defeated the Ansonia Tigers on Thursday in the Trojan Fieldhouse.

The Arcanum seventh graders won 25-14, 25-11, and the Arcanum eighth graders won 25-10, 25-22.

The Lady Trojans split the wins on Saturday against the Franklin Monroe Jets. The Arcanum seventh graders won in two sets, 25-22, 25-21, while the Arcanum eighth graders lost a close battle in three sets 25-15, 23-25, 27-29.

This week the Trojans face Tri-Village and Mississinawa Valley before playing in the Cross County Conference tournament on Saturday
