Thank you to Mychal Massie (Jan. 19, 2016 in Daily Rant) on the following information regarding Donald Trump.
“Donald Trump is neither a conservative or a liberal. He is a pragmatist – meaning he sees a problem and understands that it must be fixed. That is a quality that should be admired and applauded and not condemned.
Viewing problems from liberal prospective has resulted in the creation of more problems, more entitlement programs, more victims, more government, more political correctness, and more attacks on the working class in all economic areas.
From the conservative perspective, we have continued spending, globalism to our detriment and well being, denial of what the real problems are- weak, ineffective, and milquetoast leadership that amounts to Barney Fife Deputy Sheriff, appeasement oriented and afraid of its own shadow. In brief, it has brought liberal ideology with a pachyderm as a mascot juxtaposed to the ass of the Democratic Party. Immigration is not a Republican or Democrat problem – it is a problem that threatens the very fabric of America. It demands a pragmatic approach and not an approach that is intended to appease one group or another.
The impending collapse of the economy is not liberal or conservative, Democrat or Republican, it is an American problem. Until it is viewed as a problem that demands a common sense approach to resolution, it will never be fixed by Democrats or Republicans. Donald Trump will find ways to make things work because he does not promise to accommodate anyone. He does not promise wild promises like a cell phone in every pocket, free college tuition or $15/hour jobs at drive up windows at fast food restaurants. America needs pragmatists because they see a problem and find ways to fix them. They do not see a problem and compound it by creating more problems.
You may not like Donald Trump but he knows how to broker deals, he speaks honestly without financial restraints of those who own them, he is free of political ideology and he is someone who understands that it takes more then hollow promises and political correctness to make America great again.
Listen to Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders talk about fixing America is like listening to two lunatics trying to “out crazy” one another. We have had Democrats and Republicans and what has it brought us? Nothing but a steady decline. We never win at anything- we continue to lose.
A pragmatist might be just what America needs right now. Donald Trump he is a pragmatist and he knows and understands that the solution to fix problems is not about” the party” but a willingness and boldness to get it done!!!!
Don’t confuse and despise confidence as arrogance – which is common among those who have never accomplished anything and who have always played it safe and not willing to risk failure.”
