WEST MILTON – The Greenville boys tennis team lost 4-1 to Milton-Union on Monday.
Greenville’s lone win came at first doubles where Austin Grote and Josh Smith beat Caleb Black and Shawn Rudy 6-2, 6-7, 6-4. In second doubles Greenville’s Aaron Lobenstein and Josh Galloway lost 7-6, 6-1 to Adam Knepper and Peyton Brown.
In the first singles match Greenville’s Noah Haupt lost 6-2, 6-0 to Phillip Brumbaugh. In second singles the Green Wave’s Craig Manges lost 7-5, 6-3 to Nathan Brumbaugh. In third singles the Wave’s Branson Leigeber lost 7-5, 6-3 to Nick Brumbaugh.
Greenville fell to 11-4 with the loss while Milton-Union improved to 11-2.
